Booking & stay

Stays start from one month, under a seasonal rental agreement. If your plans change, you're welcome to leave earlier; the agreement covers the full period booked.
Yes. Casa Peonia is open year-round, from summer by the pool to a quiet, sunny Ibiza winter.
Choose your dates in the availability calendar and send a request. Your manager replies within 24 hours with a personal offer, the rental agreement and payment details. Casa Peonia is offered by direct booking only.
Rates depend on the season and the length of your stay and are shared in your personal offer.
Utilities, cleaning, bed linen and towels, pool service and garden service are all included.
Yes, a refundable deposit of €5,000. It's returned after check-out, once your manager has done a short walk-through of the villa.
Check-in and check-out times are arranged with your manager to suit your travel plans. Your manager will welcome you personally and show you around.
Cancellation terms are set out in your rental agreement, which you receive together with your personal offer.

The villa

Up to 14. The main house has two bedrooms, and there are three studios with their own entrance, private terrace and pool access, each with a king-size bed. Two studios also have sofa beds.
Yes. There's Wi-Fi and air conditioning in every room, plus quiet terraces to work from. Your concierge can also arrange a co-working membership nearby.
No. It's at its most inviting from late spring to autumn, when the Ibiza sun does the work.
Yes, your four-legged family members are welcome too.
Absolutely. Two bedrooms in the main house, three private studios, a private pool and plenty of outdoor space make Casa Peonia a natural fit for families.
We recommend one. There is parking for 2 cars, and your concierge can have a rental car delivered to the villa.

Location

About 20 minutes from Ibiza Airport, 10 minutes from Sant Antoni and 30 minutes from Ibiza Town. Cala Tarida, Cala Bassa and Cala Comte are 15–20 minutes away.

Events & concierge

Yes. Casa Peonia welcomes weddings, birthdays and private parties for up to 30 guests, both during a stay and as an event-only booking on request. Music is kept at a lower volume after 11 pm.
Private chef, yacht days, airport transfers, restaurant reservations, massage and yoga, extra housekeeping, DJs and full event planning. Services are arranged on request and charged separately.
Your villa manager, who is also your concierge, is available by phone and WhatsApp for anything you need.
